Greetings from the magic island of Bali, I hope this note
finds you well. After a relatively slow December and January
it is great to see that tourism slowly is returning back
to our island paradise. It is also great to see how nature
changed into a beautiful strong green after some badly needed
rainfalls.

In our continues effort to promote the cuisine and culture
of Bali, we now have launched our newest website which
will be continuously updated. This site is dedicated to
the cuisine of our Island Paradise and is filled with
lots of information and recipes on Balinese cooking.
