For the forth coming festive season we wish all our friends and supporters here in Bali and around the globe, a very joyful festive season, and only the very best for 2006.

We look forward to welcome many of you back to our island paradise, which continues to be full of magic, filled with genuine hospitality, and a culture full of surprises.

Bumbu Bali, Restaurant & Cooking School
We continue with our efforts to constantly improve and upgrade the overall quality and consistency of the food and the service in Bali's first Balinese restaurant. This to allow visitors to sample and enjoy genuine Balinese Food and Service in a traditional setting. We just implement a new menu featuring all of Bali's old favorites and several new highlights.

Rumah Bali, Balinese Village
Please note that on February 15 we will open our village center nightly as a PASAR MALAM - BALINESE NIGHT MARKET. Over the passed months we have worked hard and spared no expanse to transform this beautiful venue into a real market. Each of the pavilions is dedicated to a specific food source including, spices, fruits and vegetables, rice, and Balinese alcohol. We even build a small distillery where we show case how to transform palm juice into a very delicious spirit. On display will be a large collection of equipments and utensils used in Bali to grow, harvest prepare Food.
Dishes can be ordered a la cart from a printed menu or directly from each food stall. Every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday will feature a different Balinese entertainment.

Cooking Classes
Starting together with the opening of our "Pasar Malam" we will conduct our very popular cooking program daily from Monday to Friday with every day changing lessons.
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday will be dedicated to Balinese cooking, including an early morning market visits. On Tuesday we will prepare seafood dishes and on Thursday dishes from various parts of Indonesia.

Obviously we would be delighted if sometimes in the near future your travels will bring you back to our island paradise.
