ROYAL BALINESE VILLAGE NIGHT

Arriving at the car park right on the main road of the busy
Tanjung Benoa, one would not expect the serene, peacefulness
and Balinese beauty which one discovers after entering the
wonderful hand crafted gate.Welcomed by lovely young girls,
dressed in traditional costumes, normally worn to perform
during religious temple festivals, guests will be showered
with tropical flower petals, which will set the mood in a
traditional Balinese way wishing you a happy, enjoyable and
memorable evening.
Around our home kitchen you notice a large spread of Bali’s
best delicacies ranging from a whole Roast Piglet to Duckling
Roasted in Banana Leaves, a large variety of Sates which are
grilled over coconut charcoal, Shredded Banana Stems cooked
in Duck Broth, to a large selection of the Freshest Fish daily
selected by our Chef from the nearby market, and many specialties
only found during Bali’s fabled ceremonies.

Decorations range from large flower arrangements,
to hundreds of flower garlands hanging from the ceiling, large
colored flag pools, decorated bamboo pools, and many artistically
woven palm leaf weavings. Traditional lanterns, and torches
together with hundreds of candles add a touch of mystic into
the open air pavilions.The many activities add a sense of
magic into the everyday village night. Stone carvers chipping
away on another master piece, ladies crafting the most wonderful
fruit and flower offerings, which often end up as sweet snacks
served with piping hot Balinese coffee. Chickens in baskets
guarding the peacefulness and harmony of the night, and waiting
for there next act in the village arena.

A traditional Balinese Rijsttafel will be served family
style by graciously smiling Island beauties dressed in wonderful
temple sarongs, which will ensure a spectacular visual delight.Entertainment
will be tailored to your needs and ranges from a 3 man Bamboo
ensemble to a fun filled Cupak Grantang dance, where evil
spirit fights with the good ones over the love of a beautiful
young girl. To lighten up the mood, a talented Batak ensemble
with a large repertoire of Indonesian and international songs
will create a happy party mood.
