I wanted to take a minute and say thank you for the incredible job that you did in presenting and educating us on all of the aspects of Balinese food preparing. I attended cooking class on 14th April.
The insight you gave us and the way of presenting was truly inspirational.

The cooking school was the most memorable day I have had in my three visits
to Bali! The market visit was excellent and the class was fun, professional
and incredibly well organised. We had only two people in our class so were
very busy making all of the dishes which was great.
I had my first attempt at recreating your wonderful food on Sunday. I not
have a supply of spice paste for chicken in the freezer and a husband who is
asking when I can cook the pork in soy again! Oh, and I also have yellow
finger nails from the tumeric as I forgot the advice to wear gloves until I
was half way through peeling it. :-)
I have recommded the cooking school to a work colleague, Tony Collett who
will be in Bali tomorrow. I am pretty sure that he and a couple of friends
are going to do the cooking school.

I hope we can return to Bali in 2009 and think that my husband would like to
do the cooking school next time.

I just wanted to let you know that I saw Sabrina yesterday for the first time after her honeymoon. I spoke to her before, but it was nice to hear in person that she really enjoyed the cooking class.



I just wanted to let you know that she is still very excited about it and she send many colleagues photos. She promised me to cook for me too, so I will pick a nice dish from the list…

Dear Heinz and Rumah Bali family,

Thank you for the certificate. I will put it in my cooking book. I enjoyed the day market and cooking very much. I will try to make some of the delicious meals at home. I already wear my apron every day, so I am in the mood.
We loved staying in Rumah Bali and will certainly recommend this paradise to our friends and family. I already told my brother to go to Bumbu Bali and Warung Sate. He might be eating at your table this moment, he is staying in Kuta with friends.
At home everything is okay, but we take the first flight back to Bali as soon as we can.
